What to consider when cleaning in Astana
Frost, salt and slush
In winter the hallway and floors suffer first: snow, de-icing chemicals and dirt from shoes are carried through the apartment, and the rug by the door darkens quickly. We clean a rug on site with an extractor from 800 ₸/m², carpet from 1,000 ₸/m², a two-seater sofa from 10,000 ₸. When the snow melts, it is the right time for a deep cleaning: floors, baseboards, doors and windows from the inside.
Heating season and dry air
While the heating is on, the air in the apartment is dry, dust stays suspended for a long time and then settles on radiators, windowsills and curtains. We clean sheer curtains and drapes in place, without taking them off the rod: sheers from 600 ₸/m², drapes from 800 ₸/m², minimum order 10,000 ₸. One window with sheers and drapes takes about an hour, and the curtains dry in 1–3 hours right on the rod.
New buildings on the left and right banks
Astana has many new buildings, and after finishing work, dust, paint and mortar remain on windows, tiles, plumbing fixtures and windowsills. Post-renovation cleaning of a two-room apartment costs from 50,000 ₸, a three-room from 55,000 ₸. It is more convenient to book it after all the dirty work is finished and before the furniture is delivered.
Offices and business centers
The capital has many offices and institutions, and it is convenient to clean them outside working hours: early in the morning, in the evening or at night, so as not to disturb staff. For legal entities we work by contract with cashless payment, and a one-time cleaning starts from 20,000 ₸.
