With a usual check-out at 12:00 and check-in at 14:00, there are about two hours left for cleaning, and guests bring sand from the beach: it ends up on the floor, in the shower base and even in the bed. What do you need from the apartment owner?

We need access to the apartment (keys, a code lock or a meeting), clean sets of linens and towels, a stock of supplies and the check-out and check-in times of the guests. We bring our own cleaning products and equipment.

Can I book a cleaning urgently, on check-in day?

An urgent cleaning on check-in day is possible: we work daily from 08:00 to 21:00. Message us on WhatsApp the address and the new guest's arrival time and we will confirm right away when we can come.

What do you do if a guest broke or forgot something?

We photograph breakages and forgotten items and tell the owner on WhatsApp right away, and we do not throw the items away. Photos taken before the new guest arrives will help you discuss the damage with the previous guest.

How often does a short-term rental need a deep cleaning?

With a heavy summer load, a deep cleaning is worth doing every 1–2 months, off-season once a season. Between seasons, mattress and sofa cleaning is useful: when you book a deep cleaning, upholstery cleaning is 50% off.
