Step 1. Request and estimate
It all starts with a message on WhatsApp. You describe the job and the size of the apartment and, if needed, send a few photos, which makes it easier for us to estimate the amount of work.
We name the exact price in advance and fix it right away. On site the amount does not change: no "surcharges for complexity" and no surprises at the end of the cleaning.
Step 2. We prepare the crew and equipment
A trained team in company uniforms comes to you. We bring our own professional equipment, so you do not need to prepare or buy anything.
We work with certified eco-friendly products that are safe for children and pets. After cleaning, the apartment is left without a sharp chemical smell.
Step 3. Cleaning by checklist
We clean zone by zone and follow the checklist strictly so that nothing is missed: kitchen, bathroom, rooms and windows on the inside. In the kitchen we clean the stove, refrigerator and microwave for free.
If the apartment needs a deep cleaning from floor to ceiling, a deep cleaning is the right fit, with an even more detailed checklist covering appliances, buildup and hard-to-reach places.
Step 4. Quality check
At the end we check the result together with you and walk through all the zones. If something is not to your liking, we will redo it right away and for free. We consider a cleaning finished only when you are happy.
