One daily cleaning is not enough for a food service business: grease builds up in the kitchen in layers, and what is not removed within a week has to be soaked and scraped off a month later. A workable scheme is three levels of cleaning, which we adjust to the establishment's opening hours and workload.

It is best to clean right after closing rather than in the morning: fresh grease and spilled drinks come off easily, and the floor has time to dry by opening. We degrease range hoods on the outside; the inside of the ducts is cleaned by specialized services. A detailed cafe cleaning checklist by area is on our blog.

Every day after closing: dining room and kitchen floors with degreasing, tables and chairs, bar counter, bathrooms with disinfection, glass doors, entrance and terrace (a must in windy Aktau), taking out the trash.
Once a week: tiled kitchen walls, equipment and range hoods on the outside, furniture legs and undersides, mirrors and glass curtain walls in full.

Why is the floor in a cafe slippery even after washing?

A slippery floor after washing is almost always grease or product residue: with just a mop and plain water the grease film only gets smeared around the dining area. We wash each zone with separate tools, degrease with a product at the right concentration and rinse off the residue with clean water, so by opening time the floor is dry and non-slip.

Can I book upholstery cleaning for the sofas and chairs in the dining area?

We clean upholstered furniture in cafes on request, most conveniently together with a deep cleaning: a chair from 2,000 ₸, an armchair from 3,000 ₸, a 2-seat sofa from 10,000 ₸. After extraction the furniture takes several hours to dry, so we clean after closing.

Do you work under contract with TOO and IP?
