How we work at height and when we reschedule washing

Work at height in Kazakhstan is regulated by Order No. 109 of the Minister of Labor of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2022. The rules you will see on site follow from it: a barrier is set up under the curtain wall, residents and tenants are warned in advance, and at least two people work

Wind of 15 m/s or more, heavy rain, thunderstorms and poor visibility: work is not allowed. Aktau has dust storms with gusts of 15–20 m/s; on such days we reschedule the visit and keep a spare day
Each rope is attached to its own anchor, the working rope and the safety rope separately
Access to the roof and anchor points is agreed by the building owner or management company, and in a residential building with curtain walls also by the OSI or KSK (housing cooperative)
If the glass has tinting or a coating, tell us in advance: we do not use a blade on those areas
Not included: repair or replacement of glass, sealing of joints, painting the frame
