Why we do not walk on the glass and when we reschedule
A glass roof or skylight is not always designed to hold a person's weight, so the rope access workers attach ropes to anchors on the roof or wall and work without stepping on the glass. Work at height in Kazakhstan is regulated by Order No. 109 of the Minister of Labor of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2022, and the rules on site follow from it

If there are people under the glass (atrium, winter garden, entrance under a canopy), we cordon off the area below the same way as outside
- Work is not allowed in wind of 15 m/s or more, heavy rain, thunderstorms and poor visibility. Dust storms in Aktau bring gusts of 15–20 m/s, so we build a spare day into the schedule
