What we use on different facades and how often to wash by the sea
Facades get dirty faster by the sea. Composite panel manufacturers recommend washing such facades every 3–6 months, and away from the sea about once a year. In Aktau rain does not help: about 140 mm falls in a year, so dust and buildup stay on the wall

Repairing cracks, painting, sealing joints and installation are not part of the service: the crew only washes. If cracks, flaking or damaged joints are visible during washing, we will tell you, and you decide who to call for the repair
We work under Order No. 109 on safety of work at height (text of the order on adilet.zan.kz). Wind of 15 m/s or more, heavy rain, thunderstorms and poor visibility mean the work is rescheduled. The crew has at least two people, and the area below the facade is cordoned off: for a height up to 10 m the radius is 4 m, up to 20 m it is 7 m, up to 50 m it is 10 m. The facade and roof of an apartment building are common property, so roof access is agreed with the OSI (homeowners' association), KSK (housing cooperative) or management company.
