Wet cleaning maintains cleanliness: dust, floors, kitchen surfaces, bathroom. People book it once every one to two weeks. Deep cleaning is a thorough cleaning from floor to ceiling, with appliances, the inside of windows, baseboards, doors and buildup; it is done every 1–3 months or for an occasion: a move, a celebration, handing over an apartment. Post-renovation cleaning costs the most: construction dust settles even inside cabinets, and traces of paint, grout and tape are removed with separate products and tools.
If the dirt is mostly in the kitchen, you do not have to book cleaning for the whole apartment: a separate kitchen cleaning costs from 15,000 ₸ for a kitchen up to 8 m².
What is included in the price at no extra charge?
The main feature of our prices: we do not move kitchen appliances into a separate price list. Deep cleaning includes at no extra charge:
- stove and oven, inside and outside;
- refrigerator, inside and outside;
- microwave and range hood;
- plumbing fixtures: bathtub or shower, toilet, sinks and faucets, including limescale;
- windows from the inside, frames and windowsills;
- taking out the trash and freshening the air at the end of the cleaning.
In wet cleaning we also freshen the outside of the stove, the microwave and the plumbing fixtures for free. At most Aktau companies, cleaning appliances is a paid option, so when comparing offers, look not at the "from" figure but at the list of work behind it.
Products and equipment are also included in the price. The crew arrives with professional vacuum cleaners, steam generators and certified products that are safe for children and pets, so you do not need to buy anything.
What does the final cost depend on?
The figures in the table are the lower limit. The final price is made up of several factors, and it is better to mention each when you book:
- Area. The price is tied not only to the number of rooms but also to square meters: if the apartment is larger than the area stated in the table, the cost will be higher.
- Condition. An apartment that is cleaned regularly and an apartment after a long break, tenants or a move are different amounts of work. Old grease in the kitchen, thick buildup in the bathroom and stains on the floor add hours.
- Type of cleaning. Deep cleaning costs almost twice as much as wet cleaning because it is deeper and takes longer: on average it takes 3–6 hours.
- Windows. Washing windows from the inside is part of deep cleaning. Washing them on the outside too is a separate service: window washing costs from 1,500 ₸ for a standard window with 1–2 sashes.
- Upholstery and rugs. Stains on upholstery and dirt ground into the pile are a job for professional cleaning, not regular cleaning: a 2-seat sofa from 10,000 ₸, a 3-seat sofa from 13,000 ₸, a rug from 800 ₸/m².

- Targeted services. If you only need the kitchen, balcony or windows cleaned, book just that: balcony cleaning from 6,000 ₸, window washing from 1,500 ₸.
- One visit instead of two. Out of town, it makes sense to do the cleaning and upholstery cleaning in one visit by the crew, so you do not pay for travel twice.
What "hidden fees" can providers have?
A low price in an ad does not always mean cheap cleaning. Before booking with any provider, check whether charges like these will pop up on site:
- Kitchen appliances. The oven, the inside of the refrigerator, the range hood and the microwave are often separate lines in a price list.
- "Complexity" and "heavy soiling". The surcharge is announced after the work has started, when it is awkward to refuse.
- Hourly pay. The total depends on the provider's pace, and nobody knows it in advance.
- Products and equipment. They ask you to buy the cleaning products yourself or add their cost to the bill.
- Windows, balcony, taking out the trash. What seems obvious may not be in the basic package.
